Motzener Kunststoff’s specialties include the production of O-rings with diameters up to 1,500 mm, as well as composite molded parts made of plastic and rubber.

Motzener Kunststoff develops and produces high-quality suction cups for demanding industrial and household applications. Utilizing modern injection molding machines, such as the Arburg 270 C and Arburg 370 U, we process materials like soft PVC, TPE, and TPU into precision components with part weights ranging from 2 to 400 grams and injection volumes up to 120 g. Our PVC suction cups, in particular, are characterized by their high adhesive strength and reliability, making them the ideal solution for secure fastening on a wide variety of surfaces.
